Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Terra Fresh, every order of fresh and exotic fruits is hand-picked, quality-checked, and carefully packed before dispatch. Because our products are perishable, we follow a fair and transparent policy designed specifically for fresh produce.

Returns & Exchanges

As fresh fruits are perishable in nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or delay in consuming the product after delivery.

A return, replacement, or refund is offered only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product – the fruit arrived crushed, spoiled, rotten, or otherwise unfit for consumption.
  • Wrong product – the item delivered is different from what you ordered.
  • Missing items – part of your order was not delivered.

How to Raise a Claim

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery through our Contact page or by replying to your order confirmation email.
  2. Share your Order ID along with clear photos (or an unboxing video) of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.
  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible, as fresh produce deteriorates naturally over time.

Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, you may choose either of the following:

  • Free replacement of the affected item(s) with your next available delivery, or
  • Refund for the affected item(s).

Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders (if applicable), refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit after verifying your details.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, as our fruits are packed fresh for each order.
