Shipping Charges

  • FREE shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
  • For orders below ₹999, shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed and packed fresh after they are received — we do not ship pre-packed stock.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation, subject to fruit availability and seasonality.
  • You will receive a confirmation with tracking details (where available) once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines vary by location and are shown at checkout.
  • As fresh fruits are seasonal and perishable, dispatch of certain exotic varieties may occasionally be delayed due to harvest schedules or weather conditions. If your order is affected, we will inform you promptly.

Packaging & Freshness

  • Every order is packed in protective, food-grade packaging designed to prevent bruising and preserve freshness during transit.
  • We recommend refrigerating or consuming your fruits soon after delivery for the best taste and quality.

Delivery Address & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your complete address and an active phone number are provided at checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address once the order is dispatched.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery may not be possible for perishable items, and Terra Fresh cannot be held responsible for spoilage in such cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on replacements and refunds.
