  • Approximate weights are indicated where applicable; minor variations are inherent to fresh produce.
  • Availability of specific fruits depends on season and harvest. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal and market conditions; however, confirmed orders are honoured at the price paid.
  • Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways. Terra Fresh does not store your card details.

4. Orders, Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders of ₹999 and above qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, or logistics conditions. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and remain reachable at the phone number provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • As our products are perishable, returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged or different from what was ordered, reported within 24 hours of delivery.
